Just read your blog post on "A Healthier Way to Snack"—such a timely reminder, especially for us here in Auckland where the hustle and bustle can make mindful eating a challenge.​

Your emphasis on consolidating meals to give saliva a chance to neutralize acids is a great tip. It's easy to fall into the habit of constant snacking, which, as you pointed out, keeps our mouths in a state of acid production, increasing the risk of tooth decay.​

I recently went through a tough breakup. My 5 years relationship ended a month ago, and it's been really hard for me. I still love my ex-girlfriend so much and can't stop thinking about her.
